Silly Braeden

Yesterday Braeden wanted me to take pictures of him and he was being very silly! He likes to play 'You better not go in my forest!' (From Dora the Explorer) and that is what we were doing here.

These pictures really show his silly personality! :)

Braeden took this picture himself!

This seems kind of boring, but it really was a lot of fun! His laugh is so contagious!

Bus Trip!

Public Bus Trip!

On Tuesday this week we rode the public bus from downtown Claremont to La Verne and played at a park and then took the bus back. We did this with Teacher Barbara's class. It was a lot of fun, but a little stressful waiting on a public street for the buss to come with 15 toddlers!!!

This is Braeden's buddy Cayden above. This picture is a big deal because we have nicknamed Cayden, 'Cautious Cayden' because he is so cautious and not a big risk taker! :)

Most of the bus trip group....Braeden REFUSED to look at the camera!

Playin' at the park in La Verne

It was fun, but I REALLY hope I NEVER have to rely on public transportation!!

Let the Christmas Spirit begin!

Happy Holidays!

My parents came over last weekend and helped get the house ready for Christmas. My Dad helped Brett outside with the light while my Mom helped me put finishing touches on the almost completely decorated inside! All the decorating is done and the shopping is about 60% done!

Below are a few pictures of our weekend.

My pretty lamp!

Our house

Our tree! I need to get a better night shot to show you how pretty it looks!

This reindeer sings Jingle Bells and Braeden LOVES it!

I hope that you all are enjoying the beginning of the Christmas season as much as we are!

Thanksgiving 2007

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year Braeden and I went to my parents house in the morning for some breakfast, mimosa's (not Braeden!), and coffee, outside by the fire. It was so nice! Braeden got to play with his little girlfriend Taylor who lives by my Mom. Sorry there are no pictures of that because we were over there way too early for me to remember to bring a camera! Taylor did teach Braeden to wave his hands in the air and say, 'Heyyyy, Hooooo.' It is too cute. I will try to get a video of it soon, but those of you who know my son well, he doesn't do much on command! :)

We then headed up to Oak Hills to spend Turkey Day with the Riley's! Below are just a few pictures of our day.

Above is Grandma, Grandpa, Braeden, Grandma Riley (a.k.a. Grandma Tiny), and Brett

Above are the same people, minus Grandpa.

Trying to get them all to look at the camera one time was not easy and did not happen! :)

Brett got a great picture of Braeden and I stuffing our faces with dessert! Grandma Tiny, Aunt Jane and Uncle Kyle are also at the table.

Braeden & Grandma on the golf cart....Braeden loves it!

Happy Halloween!!

ARRRR!! Ready to go trick-or-treating!

Enjoying his lollipop at the end of the night.

We just went to our neighbors house that we know for trick-or-treating, although with the amount of candy Braeden got it looks like we went to all 159 homes in our development! After trick-Or-Treating Braeden enjoyed a couple of pieces of candy, passed some out to our trick-or-treater and then spent the rest of the night at the neighbors playing and working off his sugar hi! :)
